		<description>I am with you on this one Bill.  Drive throughs are, for the most part convenient time-savers.  The whole anti-idling movement is just misguided on this one, the local municipal government even moreso.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Don&#039;t get me started on this whole banning water bottle fiasco either.  If our local government is on a pro-green kick they really need to go back to the drawing board and pick some more realistic targets.</description>
