The entire corner is under pressure from the expanding Hyde Park power corner, with retailers slowly but surely bleeding west. This particular stretch of the mall was formerly a weak spot with the Burger King and the Country Style - both less-than-stellar establishments that were perenially mismanaged into being blights on the rest of the development - and the new one-two punch of Crave and Next Door has given it a bit of a boost.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;ll pass, though: the marketing-speak to justify paying significantly more for an experience that&#039;s roughly identical to that found anywhere else is all just a little too contrived for me.</description>
